Degradation and Elimination of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Three methods of degradation of pesticide residues were introduced in this article,which included physical,chemical and biological method.The physical method was mainly used to treat the pesticide residues on the surface of the vegetables.The chemical method could degrade the inside pesticide residues of the vegetables to some extent,but further study should be put on poison of the second products.The biological method was currently used to remove the pesticide residues of the growing vegetables and those in the soil,and it had a better prospects in application.All these methods had limitations to some extent.
