High resolution melting analysis(HRMA) was a new molecular diagnosis method for mutation scanning and genotyping,which combined special saturated fluorescent dyes,unlabled probe and Real-time PCR.High resolution melting analysis was superior to other nucleic acid research methods,including an inexpensive closed tube format that was a rapid,accurate,sensitive,special and high-throughput assay.In this paper,advancement on the application of high resolution melting in molecular diagnosis was summarized.
