Ethical Solution to Dilemma of Human Collective Actions

The free ride behavior in administrative management has led to dilemma of collective actions.This paper adopts the famous view of logic of collective by American economist Mancur Olson and analyzes the fundamental reasons for the dilemma.The author holds that the fundamental reasons for the dilemma are the public property of results of collective actions and the instinct pursuit of economic man.On this basis,the author proposes that analyzing the social property of economic man,finding out human′s ethical demands,establishing the trust among group members and encouraging group members can help to solve the ethical dilemma of collective actions.
