EFFECT ASSESSMENT OF HEAD NEEDLE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN’S SPASTIC CEREBRAL PALSY OF GROSS MOTOR FUNCTION

[Objective]To effectively improve gross motor function of patients with cerebral palsy,understand the clinical value of head needle treatment of children’s spastic cerebral palsy of gross motor function.[Methods]60 cases of patients with children’s spastic cerebral palsy were selected in our hospital and treated in our department of neonatology between January 2009 and December 2010. The effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the results of gross motor function(GMFM)rating were also compared before and after treatment.[Results]There was significant difference among patients after treatment. The GMFM of the two groups shoed significant difference compared with controls. There was significant difference in the evaluation scores after treatment.[Conclusion]As the traditional treatment of our country,head needle can effectively enhance the spasms type the therapeutic effect of cerebral palsy patients after treatment,and has a significant increase in the gross motor function.
