The improved wavelets threshold denoising algorithm based on region correlation

As to `overkilled' in VisuShrink when denoising, we extract some wavelets overkilled at the base of region correlation, so that it can deserved more details of image information. The experiments show that the improved method reserved more details information compared with VisuShrink, it is efficient in image denoising.
