摘要
Three Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped, yellow-pigmented bacteria, designated YC-516-91 T , YC-516-48 and YC-516-93, were isolated from a sediment sample of Yuncheng Salt Lake in China. Growth occurred at 15–42 ℃ (optimum 32–37 ℃), pH 6.0–10.0 (optimum pH 7.0–8.0) and with 1–11.0% NaCl (w/v, optimum 3%). Strain YC-516-91 T was positive for hydrolysis of Tween 80 and starch, but negative for nitrate reduction, urease, H 2 S production, hydrolysis of Tween 40 or gelatin. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene and genome sequences showed that YC-516-91 T , YC-516-48 and YC-516-93 belonged to the genus Pseudidiomarina . 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity values of YC-516-91 T to the closest related type strains Pseudidiomarina atlantica MCCC T A10513 T , Pseudidiomarina terrestris 1APP75-27a T and Pseudidiomarina donghaiensis 908033 T were below 97.99%. Strains YC-516-91 T , YC-516-48 and YC-516-93 have average nucleotide identity (ANI) values of 99–100%, digital DNA–DNA hybridization values of 92.1–97.4% and average amino acid (AAI) values of 99–100%, suggesting that they belong to the same species. These strains are closely related to P. atlantica MCCC 1A10513 T , with ANI and AAI of around 92–93%, below the species delineation cut-off, thus indicating that they represent a novel species. The genome of strain YC-516-91 T was 2,723,173 bp, and the genomic DNA G+C content was 50.24 mol%. The only respiratory quinone was Q-8, and the major fatty acids (>10%) were iso-C 17 : 0 and iso-C 15 : 0 . The major polar lipids consisted of diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, phospholipid, glycolipid, unidentified aminolipids and two unidentified polar lipids. Thus, strains YC-516-91 T , YC-516-48 and YC-516-93 represent a novel species based on their chemotaxonomic, phenotypic and phylogenetic characteristics. Strain YC-516-91 T is proposed to represent a novel species named Pseudidiomarina salilacus sp. nov., within the genus Pseudidiomarina . The type strain is YC-516-91 T (=MCCC 1K09529 T =KCTC 8778 T ).
