摘要
Global warming has led to changes in regional building loads, making it difficult to configure equipment capacity to meet load requirements using traditional planning methods for regional integrated energy system (RIES). This paper proposes a bi-level optimization method for RIES under climate change conditions by generating future climate data. The upper-level optimizes the capacity configuration of the system with the objective of cost and exergy efficiency. The lower-level uses the operating cost as an optimization objective to obtain the optimal operating strategy for the system. The case study shows that the method can improve the economy and efficiency of the system by taking into account the future climate to rationalise the capacity of the RIES.
