Spectroscopic and kinetic evidence for redox cycling, catalase and degradation activities of MnIII(TPPS) in a basic aqueous peroxide medium

Mn^III(TPPS) is oxidized by an excess of hydrogen peroxide in basic aqueous solution to yield Mn^V(TPPS) and/or Mn^IVTPPS, and subsequently reduced back to Mn^III(TPPS) to reveal redox cycling, catalase and degradation activities.
