Period Estimation and Rhythm Detection in Timeseries Data Using BioDare2, the Free, Online, Community Resource

Abstract One of the key objectives of data analysis in circadian research is to quantify the rhythmic properties of the experimental data. BioDare2 is a free, online service which provides fast timeseries analysis, attractive visualizations, and data sharing. This chapter outlines the description of an experiment for BioDare2 and how to upload and analyze the numerical timeseries data.
