THE STUDY ON THE BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PATHOGENIC FUNGI OF SMALL ROUND SCLEROTIA OF RICE

The result suggested that the range of temperature for mycelial growth was 5～35℃,with an optimum of 30 ℃,and the sclerotial production in direct proportion to mycelial growth. The range of pH for mycelial growth was 2.40～12.85,while the optimum was 4.50～5.50.Light and aeration condition had no effect on growth of mycelium. Killing temperature of mycelium and sclerotia was 50 [(\241\346)(\251q)]10 min and 60 [(\241\346)(\251q)]10 min respectively.
