The clinical research to the early fluoxetine treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective:To explore the influence of fluoxtine on PSD.Methods:To observe clinical characteristic of PSD,calculate incidence of PSD and the curative effect of early fluoxetine treatment.Results: The incidence of PSD is 38.24%,difference in HAMD and ADL.Conclusions: Early fluoxetine treatment of post-stroke depression is availability in improving PSD.
