Objective To study the assessed value of analysis of the B-type natriuretic peptide precursor N-terminal(NT-proBNP) prognosis of patients with systemic infection. Methods Systemic infection admitted to hospital in 2008 February to October 2011 41 patients as research subjects.According to the prognosis of the patients are divided into the survival group and death group, observed in contrast to patients on admission NT-proBNP test results. Results After statistical analysis,NT-proBNP concentration in patients admitted to hospital when the death group was significantly higher than survival of patients,P0.05;death in patients after 3 days after treatment,NT-proBNP values are still higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Btype natriuretic peptide precursor N-terminal infection in patients with systemic prognosis of the appraised value of the higher concentration, indicating that patients with the severity of the heavier.
