Studies on the Determination of Paeoniflorin Mensure of Paeonia Suffruticosa Andrl

Objective: To establish the method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl.Method: HPLC analysis was carried out on VP-ODS column and CH3CN-1.0ml/LH3PO4(19:81) as the mobile phase.The detection wave length was 230nm.Result: The method was linear at the range of 0.096-0.48m g/ml(r = 0.999 7),and the average recovery was 96.36%,RSD was 0.56%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It may be used for the quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl.
