Enzyme Activity Assay of Glycerol Dehydratase

Enzyme activity was analyzed by MBTH methods.According to the results,enzyme activity analyzing system was determined.The enzyme activity of recombinant protein is higher than that of in Klebsiella pneumonia.In addition,none of the subunits had activity. The results will play an important role in enzyme activity research.
