Meta Analysis of Effectiveness and Safety in Rhodiold Kirilowii(Reg.) Reg Injection on Angina Pectoris

Objective: To detect the effectiveness and safety of Rhodiold Kirilowii(Reg.) Reg injection on angina pectoris. Methods: Trails on angina pectoris treated by Rhodiold Kirilowii(Reg.) Reg injection were retrieved fo Cochrane library,Ovid-medline,Pubmed Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM. These articles accordance with inclusion criteria were analyzed statistically by RevMan 5.2 soft. Results: A total of 8 random control trails in 176 subjects were included in this study. With the angina remission and the ECG improvement as the effect scales,the respective Z values were 5.92(P 0.00001) and 4.71(P 0.00001). Conclusion: It is effective and safe for angina pectoris treated withRhodiold Kirilowii(Reg.) Reg injection.
