Application of Cyclodextrins Used in Capillary Electrophoresis Chiral Separation

Compared with conventional chromatographic separation,chiral separation and analysis is very diffcult.The basic principles of capillary electrophoresis was introduced in this article,the latest researches of chiral selectors cyclodextrin and its derivatives were specifically summarized.Cyclodextrin and analyte were binding to form inclusion complexes.
