Objective To study the combined effect of community intervention in patients with hypertension. Methods 276 cases with hypertension were collected in our hospital,they were given community intervention included health education,life behavior intervention ect.We compared the changes after the intervention. Results (1)Compared with before intervention,after the intervention,the patients had a higher awareness of hypertension medication rate and blood pressure control rate(P 0.05).(2)Salt restriction,exercise,alcohol consumption control,body weight control rate after intervention were significantly increased,while the smoking rate was significantly lower (P 0.05);(3) The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure after intervention compared with before intervention were significantly reduced(P 0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive patients after the implementation of community-based interventions significantly improved compliance behavior and blood pressure control rates,lifestyle behaviors occurred significantly improved,has been a significant reduction in blood pressure levels.
