The discussion of early convalescene nursing about acute cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia

Objective:To discuss about the result of early convalescence nursing about acute cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia Method:164 cases were divided randomly into two groups;76 cases in convalescence group,88 cases in control group without convalescence nursing,measure patients in two groups with Fugl-Meyer motive function measuring method and Barthel index at initial stage and ending stage,statistically analyzed with t test Result:Early convalescence nursing group show improved motive function and daily living ability with signifant difference(P0 001) Co~nclusion:Early convalescence nursing can improve patients function,improve daily living ability
