STUDIES ON THE CHANGES OF ENDOGENOUS HORMONE OF CUT PEONY DURING SENESCENCE

The changes of endogenous hormones during the senescence of cut peony under normal temperature (18±2deg C) and cool temperature (4±2deg C) are measured with GC and HPLC methods. Their effects on the senescence of cut peony and the relations between them are analysed and discussed.
