摘要
In this paper, a bandgap voltage reference (BGR) with a low temperature coefficient (TC) and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) is proposed. To obtain a high PSRR, a Wilson current mirror circuit is used to preprocess the power supply voltage, and then a very high gain loop is added to further suppress the power supply voltage. The circuit is evaluated with an XFAB 0.18μm CMOS technology and simulation results show that it can generate a reference voltage of 1.2 V with a temperature coefficient of 15 ppm at 27°C and a PSRR of -120 dB at a direct current.
