Abstract In view of the urgent needs of lightweight and modularization of a certain type of vehicle-mounted anti-aircraft gun, a design scheme of the magazine lifting mechanism based on the double scissor structure is proposed, the mathematical model of the lift and fulcrum of the hydraulic cylinder based on the principle of virtual displacement is established, the sensitivity of different fulcrum position parameters to the distance between the lift and the fulcrum of the hydraulic cylinder is studied, the local optimal solution is determined and the optimal lift design is realized by considering the actual installation space constraints, and the structural stiffness is verified to meet the design requirements through finite element simulation calculation. It provides a certain technical basis for the design of lightweight magazine lifting mechanism.
