PREPARATION OF THE STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE OF ORGANOSILICON MODIFIED EPOXY RESIN

Epoxy resin E-42 was modified by adding organosilicon resin to make a structural adhesive,which not noly had good mechanical properties from epoxy resin but also had good heat resistance from organosilicon.Meanwhile,by adding polyviny1 butyral,the toughness of modified structural adhesive could rise,its shearing strength could reach over 18 MPa at room temperature and the modified structural adhesive could be employed for long time at 150 ℃.It could be fit in bonding for many kinds of material.
