摘要
Objective To evluate the effect of the level of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) of hippocampus and cerebral cortex on developing of epilepsy in epileptogenic rat. Methods Themodelofepileptogenic rat was established by subcutaneous injection of megimide. The radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the GR positive cells of hippocampus and cerebral cortex in 60 male rats. Results The GR positive cells in hippocampus CA1, dentate gyrus and cerebral cortex of acute epileptogenic seizure group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0 001). The GR positive cells in hippocampus CA1, dentate gyrus and cerebral cortex of chronic epileptogenic seizure group were higher than those of control group (P0 01) and acute epileptogenic seizure group(P0 001).Conclusions The levels of GR in hippocampus and cerebral cortex may be associated with epileptic attacks.
