[Objective] The purpose was to study the change law of thermo-sensitive characteristics of Brassica napus L CMS at different elevation altitudes and supply theoretical basis for practical production and application of CMS.[Method] With B.napus CMS 130A as material,the fertility change,thermo-sensitive stage and critical thermo-sensitive value of B.napus CMS were studied through interval sowing under different elevation altitudes in autumn of 2005.[Result] Compared with low altitude area,the first flowering stage in high altitude area was postponed 10~20 d and the whole florescence was shortened 2~5 d.As for different elevation altitudes,the daily average temperature of the 8th day before blossoming all had greatest influence on the fertility of 130A.The critical thermo-sensitive value of the same sterile lines were 11.7 ℃ at altitude of 750 m and 13.1 ℃ at altitude of 368 m.[Conclusion] The critical thermo-sensitive values of the same sterile lines were different at different elevation altitudes.It was 11.7 ℃ at higher elevation altitude and 13.1 ℃ at lower elevation altitude.
