摘要
Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation exercise on promoting functional rehabilitation in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into rehabilitation exercise group and the control group.Systematic rehabilitation exercise was introduced in rehabilitation exercise group within 24 hours after the treatment while in the control group only a general rehabilitation was introduced. Results Patients in rehabilitation exercise group were with better shoulder joint function after one week and two weeks. The differences were of statistically significances(P 0.01 or P0.05).The patients’ compliance of this group was better than that of the control group.Meanwhile, patients in rehabilitation exercise group underwent less treatment than those did in the control group. Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation exercise intervention model is effective in functional rehabilitation of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and it can improve the compliance of patients and improve the function of shoulder joint.
