The analysis of uneven open circuit voltage of alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery

The factors which caused uneven open circuit voltage(OCV) of alkaline Zn/MnO_2 batteries were related to temperature,steel can rusting,the variety of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD),concentration of electrolyte,electrolyte absorption and the content of negative inhibitor etc.The degree of the voltage variation was 8～40 mV.To solve this problem,different countermeasures must be taken according to different causes.
