DEVELOP THE TEST-BED PF THE ROLLER PICKUP

In this text,we mainly discuss the test-bed of roller pickup,which is left on laboratory for the present,existes poor governing characteristics of components and can not meet the test requirement.In view of this situation,we offer to use the variable frequency speed regulation system:one is used to tune speed of pickup,other is used to tune the forward speed of the machine.Through developing the test-bed,we achieve the dynamic simulation of pickup.By the use of the sensor,we can do the text of operating parameters of pickup and access the main working parameters as well as.We can lay the foundation for working parts of this type of pickup in-depth study.
