Phosphorus release flux in sediment of Dutang Reservoir in spring was studied by pore water diffusive model and intact sediment cores' incubation.The release flux estimated by intact sediment cores' incubation(R) ranged from 1.14 mg·m-2·d-1 to 1.44 mg·m-2·d-1.The molecular diffusive flux(F) ranged from 0.67 mg·m-2·d-1 to 1.30 mg·m-2·d-1,which showed the sediment has an obvious phosphorus release capability.Phosphorus species in the surface sediment were extracted by SMT method.The result showed that the Fe/Al bounded phosphorus and organic phosphorus were the major phosphorus species,which contributed over 90% of the total phosphorus.High percentage of Fe/Al bounded phosphorus and organic phosphorus in the sediment indicated that the phosphorus were active.
