The blending membrane was prepared by using L-S phase inversion method with polyethersulfone(PES) and polyacrylonitrile(PAN) as membrane materials.The effects of several main factors in the process of membrane preparation on the membrane pore size,porosity,pure water flux,BSA rejection rate,membrane microstructure were studied.According to the orthogonal design experiment results analysis,the optimizing membrane preparation formulation was obtained that the total PES/PAN concentration was 16%,m(PES)∶m(PAN)= 8∶2,additives were LiCl and PVP,the total LiCl / PVP concentration was 8%,m(LiCl)∶m(PVP) = 2∶8.When the pressure was 0.2 MPa,the pure water flux of PES/ PAN membrane reached 320.57L/m2·h which was nearly 1 time higher than the unmodified,but with little changes in BSA rejection rate.
