Effectiveness of Strategic (POEE) (Predict - Observe - Explain - Explore) in Achievement and Evaluation Thinking for Second Intermediate Students in Mathematics

The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of the POEE strategy (Predict- Observe-Explain-Explore) in achievement and evaluation thinking among the second intermediate students in mathematics. A sample of 62 students was divided equally into two experimental groups. The first experimental group studied the POEE strategy and a control group studied in the usual way, and repeat the test. Achievement in mathematics consists of 40 paragraphs, and a test for evaluative thinking consists of 30 paragraphs, both of which are a multiple choice type, and the results of the research showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the mean scores of the experimental group and the control in the achievement and evaluation thinking tests in favor of the experiment group.
