The existence of interrelated humans will lead to what is called a social process, in which this social process occurs between humans and other humans, which is called social interaction. Social interaction can be interpreted as a reciprocal relationship between individuals with individuals, individuals with groups, and groups with groups. The very high demands of life in urban areas cause life to be accelerated, people move quickly. Therefore, humans are very dependent on other humans to facilitate their survival. Humans cannot live by themselves without other people.
