Factor analysis of patients with delirium in intensive care unit

Objective To analyze the causes and treatment countermeasure of patients with delirium in ICU.Methods The clinical data of patients with delirium in ICU from the third people' s hospital of zhengzhou in 3 years were analyzed.Results The causes were diseases related,medications related,environment and other risks co-related with delirium.After adjust therapy and psychological nurseing,they were all cured.Conclusions Identifying the etiology and precipitating factors of delirium is the most important thing in the management of delirium in ICU.
