Bulk passivation and suppressing non-radiative recombination loss in a 3D all-inorganic CsPbIBr 2 perovskite solar cell via a 2D layered perovskite framework

Bulk passivation in the CsPbIBr 2 absorber layer with controlled (PEA) 2 PbI 4 doping reduces the nonradiative recombination loss resulting in enhanced performance and stability in solution-processed CsPbIBr 2 -based perovskite solar cells.
