摘要
China has the worlds first coal mining volume, coal energy mining is the top priority of Chinese industry. Improving the efficiency of coal mining and ensuring the stable operation of coal mining equipment is the main direction of the development of coal mining industry. Current mining motor body and frequency converter are using the arrangement of separation, between the power supply cable in the work will be distributed inductance and capacitor, when high frequency signal through, the motor end voltage will rise, affect the insulation life of the motor, in order to alleviate the pressure of the motor insulation end, need to increase the protection of the insulation structure to deal with the increased voltage, and need to be in a reasonable range to reduce the distance between the motor and frequency converter, avoid the insulation structure damage. This paper designed a inverter and motor, according to the rotor structure of the permanent magnet direct drive motor FEM model, no-load anti-potential curve and motor load parameter curve, the motor operation standard, verify the correctness of the mining permanent magnet direct drive machine design.
