Pancreatoscopy-assisted photodynamic therapy for early pancreatic duct lesions under direct vision (with video)

A 49-year-old woman underwent pancreatoscopy, which revealed 3 early pancreatic duct (PD) lesions in the pancreatic head, body, and tail, respectively. Pathologic examination identified the lesions as pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia-2 (PanIN-2). The patient refused pancreatectomy; thus, we performed pancreatoscopy-assisted photodynamic therapy (PPDT) after 1 month.
