This paper shows the concept of motivation, its strategy, then the motivational system and te factors that influence the motivation, theory of motivation and motivational techniques. Motivation refers to a complex and dynamic concept that is based on a variety of human needs, desires, values and preferences that are different for different people. Work motivation strategy are: communication, attitude of managers to employees, design and enrichment work, and the last, which is based on behavior modification. Motivational system is defined as the totality of motivational factors, incentives and motivation strategies that are consciously incorporated into working and the situation with the aim of motivating people. Displayed motivation theories are: hierarchy of needs theory, theory of three stage hierarchy theory of motivation achievements, two-factor theory of motivation, theory of motivation role, vroom’s expectany theory, theory of justice in social exchanges and integrative process model of motivation. Managers need to understand human complexity to avoid misapplied attitudes about motivation, and commitment to them is to choose and apply the tangible and intangible motivational techniques.
