Thin-layer Thickness on the Impact of Pre-stack Seismic Attributes

This paper studied pre-stack seismic attributes of thin-layer,and qualitatively analyzed the thin-layer thickness on the impact of pre-stack seismic attributes.The forward modeling of the thin-layer and analysis results show that the tuning effect of pre-stack reflected amplitude caused obvious,and thin-layer thickness affected the calculation of pre-stack attribute.Using the tuning effect of pre-stack attributes resulted by thin-layer thickness to determine the thickness of the thin-layer.For the thin-layer less than the tuning thickness,the ideas which made application of the approximate relationship between AVO attributes and the layer thickness to estimate the layer thickness was proposed.
