Objective To analyze the changes of hemodynamics in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)combined with pulmonary edema. Methods Hemodynamic data of 11 SAP cases with pulmonary edema monitotrd by non-invasive hemodynamic momitor system were analyzed retrospectively. The time points for data collection were T0(at the time of EF≤40%),T1(at 1h before T0),T2(at 30min before T0),T3(at 30min after T0)and T4(at 1h after T0).ResultsHemodynamic criteria reflecting myocardial functions were lower at T0 and PEP and STR were higher than those at T1,which were all improved at T4 after fluid was restricted(P0.05).Of 11 cases,10 cases were resuscitated well and 1 case died from cardiac failure. Conclusion Non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring is helpful in directing fluid treatment in SAP cases with pulmonary edema.
