Comparision of anesthesizing with remifentanil and propofol during operation of hystevoscope

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of anesthtizing patients with rimifentanil and propofol during operation of hystevoscope.Methods:100 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing hystevoscope were divided into two groups,group R i.v.remifentanil,group P i.v.propofol.Results:The hemodynamics and VAS of group Rwere significantly different vs group P.(P0.05)Conclusion:Anesthtizing with remifentanil and propofol were safe and effective.But remifentanil group was better than propofol group on operation of hystevoscope.
