Kinetic Analysis on Drilling Process of Deep and Small Holes

Basing on analyzing on mechanical-electrical process system during drilling deep and small holes,dynamics state space equations were developed,and the stability of process system was analyzed.Analysis results indicated that variation of axial reciprocal motion and moment of resistance imposed on the process system had much impact on the dynamic stability of drilling,process parameters including retract and feed speed,rotation rate of drilling bit needed to be selected cooperatively.
