Application of a new type environment-friendly plasticizer RPL-1 in ACM compound

The effect of the addition level of a new type environment-friendly ether ester plasticizer RPL-1 on the properties of ACM was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of plasticizer RPL-1 increased,the Mooney viscosity of ACM compound decreased,the flowability improved significantly;the Shore A hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of ACM vulcanizate decreased,the elongation at break,resilience and compression set increased,and the low temperature resistance and oil resistance improved.
