The expression of CTHRC1 in human stomach cancer

Objective To investigate the significance of CTHRC1 expression levels in human stomach cancer.Methods Using Western-Blot to detect CTHRC1 levels in human stomach cancer tissues and normal stomach tissues.GAPDH was used as a control in this detection.Results The expression levels in 33 stomach cancer tissues were 0.315±0.234,it is significantly lower than that in the 33 normal stomach tissues 0.500±0.148(t=6.482,P0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that CTHRC1 maybe contribute to the occurrence and progress of human stomach cancer.
