Objective To research the clinical effect the application of minimally invasive incision raised eyebrow and glabella rhytidectomy on the treatment of eyebrow ptosis and glabellar frown lines. Methods 86cases of brow ptosis and glabella wrinkles patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Routine operation was done to the patients in control group. Patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive incision raised eyebrow and glabella rhytidectomy on eyebrow ptosis and glabellar frown lines. Results The patients' drooping eyebrow and glabellar furrow treatment in the treatment group was better than the control group; the operation time, postoperative continuous time of hospitalization, eyebrow appearance recovery time were shorter than the control group; perioperative adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The effect of the application of minimally invasive incision raised eyebrow and glabella rhytidectomy on the treatment of eyebrow ptosis and glabellar frown lines is very obvious.
