Preliminary Study on the Radiation-prevention Function of Polysaccharides of Tricholoma matsutake

Mice were treated with polysaccharides of Tricholoma matsutake(PTM) in 7 days and all groups except NC groups were irradiated once with 2 Gy X-ray in 8th day,then,the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in liver homogenate,index of spleen and thymus,transformation ability of T lymphocyte were observed after irradiation.Results indicated that there was a significant difference between PTM group and IC group.PTM has an obvious radioprotective effect on the ability of anti-oxidant and immune function of X-ray irradiated mice.
