Panel Data Test on R&D Productivity of China High-tech Industry

RD is important to the development of high technological industry.This paper applies empirical method to calculate the effect of RD by panel data.The result shows that high-tech industry RD input has high output elasticity and is important for the industrial development.But there exists some different among sub high-tech industries.
