摘要
By using 3,5-dihydroxybenzoate and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde as the starting materials,4-(3-benzyloxy-5-methoxyphenethyl)-2-metnoxyphenol(Gigantol)was synthesized in overall yield of 12.7% via reactions of benzylation,methylation,reduction,bromination and Wittig-Horner reaction.The target compound was confirmed with 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
