摘要
This study investigates the transformative role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in reshaping organizational knowledge management (KM) processes and their subsequent impact on innovation outcomes. Adopting an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, data were collected from 247 knowledge-intensive organizations across manufacturing, financial services, and technology sectors through semi-structured interviews (n=32) and a structured questionnaire survey. Building upon Nonaka's SECI framework and the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model, this research proposes an integrated conceptual framework examining GenAI-enabled knowledge creation, transfer, and application mechanisms. Organizations with higher GenAI-KM integration reported a 34.2% higher mean perceived innovation score than lower-integration organizations; this represents a cross-sectional association rather than an objective or causal performance effect. Theoretical implications extend the SECI model by incorporating AI-mediated knowledge transformation, while practical recommendations address implementation challenges.
