摘要
Healthcare is increasingly dependent on Smart Network Infrastructure such as IOT devices and connected applications for tracking individuals at hospitals in real-time. However, transmitting sensitive medical data directly to cloud servers introduces latency, privacy risks, and vulnerabilities. Edge computing can address these challenges by enabling local processing and security enforcement. This research introduces a secure edge-rooted healthcare design that integrates anomaly detection, lightweight encryption, federated learning, and blockchain for end-to-end protection of medical records. Results indicate that the proposed system ensures privacy, real-time responsiveness, and tamper-proof healthcare storage.
