Ultraviolet radiation manicure-related keratinocyte malignancies in a renal transplant recipient

A 45-year-old woman attended our dermatology outpatient clinic for her 3-monthly skin cancer surveillance appointment. Numerous actinic keratoses, in addition to two full thickness skin grafts were noted on examination of the dorsal hands (as illustrated by the graft on the right dorsal hand in the figure).
