摘要
The difference in the incidence of LCM between the stand-alone cohort and the posterior instrumentation cohort was not statistically significant. Although posterior instrumentation has traditionally been used to enhance construct stability, multilevel stand-alone LLIF can be a safe procedure. Prospective study designs are warranted to validate these findings and elucidate factors contributing to cage migration in multilevel stand-alone LLIF versus LLIF with posterior pedicle screw instrumentation procedures.
